We only practice when it is dry. If it rains, the class is cancelled. There are only a few spots available.

ROOFTOP YOGA

You can work out with a view in our fitness room on the 6th floor.
There is a rowing machine, a treadmill, a bicycle and a pull-up bar.
There is also a dumbbell system (1–6 kg).
There is a power rack.
It is a large frame with bars.
You can do many exercises on it.
For example for your legs, back or core.
Various other machines offer the opportunity for functional training.
Functional training moves your whole body.
It improves strength, balance and mobility.
