  1. “Simple language” – certain technical terms and formulations are essential for the presentation of our content, which is why the “simple language” guidelines cannot be adhered to in the job details section.
  2. Incompatibility with Section 10 Paragraph 1 of the German Federal Employment Agency Act (L-BGG) – Global widgets from “Trust You” and “Holidaycheck” – The website operator is unable to adjust the “scroll” of the SVG elements there.
  3. Incompatibility with Section 10 Paragraph 1 of the German Federal Employment Agency Act (L-BGG) – Pop-up and menu – these adjustments will be resolved at short notice by the respective widget developers themselves and implemented in a future patch. Any deviating in-house development is excluded due to a “disproportionate burden.”
